1. Create new environment (Ubuntu, HA mode)
2. Choose VLAN segmentation
3. Choose both Ceph
4. Add 3 controllers+ceph, compute
5. Start deployment

This is acceptable warning in case we are receiving data after bridges are created. This does not affect functionality of nailgun so i'm moving this to 6.0.

I did not see this issue on latest kilo-8.0 ISOs.
