Steps to reproduce:
1. Upgrade Fuel from 5.0 to 5.0.1
2. Create new environment, add nodes. Deploy changes.
3. Upgrade Fuel from 5.0.1 to 5.0.2
4. Go to the 'Actions' tab for created environment and press "Update" button
Result:
- update failed or succeed, but 'update' button still active (until page refresh), see screenshot update_ui.png
Also, if update fails the same issue with 'rollback' button: it stays active after rollback is done (until page refresh), see screenshot rollback_ui.png
