1. Create new environment (Ubuntu, HA mode)
2. Choose VLAN segmentation
3. Choose both Ceph
4. Add 3 controllers+ceph, compute
5. Start deployment. It was successful
6. But there is error in puppet.log on first controller (node-1):

2014-07-22 10:34:17 ERR

(/Stage[main]/Swift::Storage::All/File[/var/lib/glance/node]/ensure) change from absent to directory failed: Cannot create /var/lib/glance/node; parent directory /var/lib/glance does not exist

Install glance-api before creating subdirs

We need to install glance-api before we start creating subdirs
inside /var/lib/glance for swift device directories.
