deploy Ubuntu HA Nova VLAN

deployment is successful, but compute services do not login into AMQP leaving log messages with AMQP timeouts.

this could be related to newer RabbitMQ scripts and reelection of master nodes, also to the bug related to AMQP hearbeat.
