UI should do "reverse" role conflict resolving as well

Bug Description

Right now we need to explicitly provide conflicts for each role, like "conflicts: mongo" in ceph and "conflicts: ceph" in mongo. This should also work if conflict is specified in one role, but not in others. It's kinda critical feature for plugin support (if plugin provides custom roles with conflicts, e.g. zabbix-server).
