[devops] snapshots in Jenkins are empty

Failed jobs in Jenkins for systests are supposed to include snapshots but they are attached with zero size.

If possible please create some form of test to ensure that if support bundles in the artifacts are uploaded with 0 size that some email alert is generated.

Currently we use 298 ISO for CI:

And fuel-main sha '8193f5de43' means that ISO was build before fixes made here in this bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1337779 were merged.

Whats the status? It looks like smoke was fixed, but fuellib is still broken
