Bug Description

ISO #203, VBOX
Ubuntu, HA, Neutron+Gre, 3 ctrl+cind, 1 comp

Deployment was hanged (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1319383, https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1312443).
Env deletion is hanged after that but slave nodes are returned to bootstrap successfully.

    Fix logger method from warning to error

    Astute.logger doesnot have warning level
    Also raise timeout for sighut operation,
    it should not be 3600 default, but 5 not enought for
    some environments
