Bug Description

ISO: fuel-5.0-194-2014-05-12_11-37-35.iso
Hypervisor:
apt-cache policy qemu-kvm
qemu-kvm:
  Installed: 1.5.0+dfsg-3ubuntu5.4
Environment: 2 controllers ha+mongo(1vcpu, 2.8gb ram, 40gb hdd) + 1 compute(2vcpu, 4bg ram, 60gb hdd)

Error:
During CentOS install got errors from anaconda related to LVM/Disk management on both controllers.

Could you please try again same setup, but allowing more disk for nodes? Let's say 100Gb each? I'm pretty sure it's because of this. I've run exactly same setup on this ISO, and for me deployment went fine.

May be you changed default disk allocation? Please provide information if so.

I have never seen this bug before and it doesn't reproduce out of the box. Perhaps if I see this again I could find out what have happend.

We could not reproduce this bug neither on KVM nor on VMWare.
Some strange local bug maybe caused by terrible disk IO performance.
