ntpdate hangs for a while

ntpdate can waste 20 seconds if there is a trouble with DNS resolve. We can decrease this by two times simply just change names of remote servers from 'pool.ntp.org' to 'pool.ntp.org.' The dot at the end of a domain name forces nslookup to not try to resolve 'pool.ntp.org.<fuel-local-domain>' name. Without this dot a system lookup service tries to resolve 'pool.ntp.org' first and 'pool.ntp.org.<fuel-local-domain>' second. Each try takes 10 seconds due to default values of attempts (2 times) and timeouts (5 seconds).
We should be sure that both master and slave nodes do not waste a time for fruitless resolving attempts.

Not sure if I should comment on this bug, but I'm seeing that there is a 5 minute timeout on the initial install for me.

It just waits trying to sync time for 5 minutes, then it moves forward and I can select the option for jumping into the setup menu.
