Bug Description
ntpdate can waste 20 seconds if there is a trouble with DNS resolve. We can decrease this by two times simply just change names of remote servers from 'pool.ntp.org' to 'pool.ntp.org.' The dot at the end of a domain name forces nslookup to not try to resolve 'pool.ntp.
We should be sure that both master and slave nodes do not waste a time for fruitless resolving attempts.
