Shotgun cannot log into the host system

Error in shotgun, when it tries to log into the host system

    [10.20.0.2] Login password for 'root':

Generate /root/.ssh/authorized_keys with /root/.ssh/id_rsa.pub.
/root/.ssh/ is mounted to mcollective container (container with shotgun) and it uses /root/.ssh/id_rsa.pub to log into the host system.

Documented as fixed in 4.1.1, although note that I can't find any documentationa about what Shotgun is.
