mongo isn't installed when mongo role is chosen

1. CentOS or Ubuntu (simple mode)
2. Neutron or Nova
3. Install ceilometer
4. Set mongo+controller or mongo+controller+cinder role for node.

Deploy is successfull, but:

Command 'ceilometer-dbsync --debug --config-file=/etc/ceilometer/ceilometer.conf' fails (https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1311099). Go to mongo node:

[root@node-1 ~]# mongo
-bash: mongo: command not found

It means that mongo isn't installed.
