Bug Description

We do not send gratuitious ARPs after virtual IP is moved. This could lead to a lot of problems in case of controller failover.

In case of VIP move we need to reuse send_arp binary of heartbeat package.

    Send gratuitous arp on ns_ipaddr2 start

    Send gratuitous arps on the host node
    after ip address is started using
    ns_IPaddr2 resource agent
    Script sends 5 gratuitous/unsolicited ARP
    packets every 200 milliseconds from the
    NIC of corresponding interface with
    source IP set to the corresponding IP
