Bug Description

Please replace package openvswitch-datapath-lts-raring-dkms (kernel module for OpenVSwitch 1.9) with openvswitch-datapath-dkms (kernel module for OpenVSwitch 1.10).
This affects implementation of VXLAN (https://blueprints.launchpad.net/fuel/+spec/neutron-vxlan-support) due to version 1.9 does not support VXLAN
