1. Create new environment (CentOS, HA mode)
2. Add 3 controllers, compute
3. Start deployment. It was successful
4. Power off first and second controller. Only one controller is online.
5. OSTF test "Check data replication over mysql" has failed on first step with error: Database creation failed Please refer to OpenStack logs for more details.
6. Need to skip this test for this situation
