Bug Description
Default logging configuration in Fuel omits stack traces of OpenStack services: the log level is set to INFO while stack traces are logged at TRACE level. I think default configuration should include stack traces: if the cluster is ok, there is no increase to the log size, and if the cluster has a problem, there's no reason not to want the stack traces.
