Bug Description

1. create ubuntu, neutron vlan cluster
2. add compute
3. add controller
4. deploy env

Expected result:

Node online

Actual result:

Nodes almost always have offline status

We found a problem in

When method

IPAddr.new("some non api string")

Called it stuck on several seconds, with several interfaces we have several minutes additional timeout.

The problem is VMware specific, on virtual box it works almost instantly.

This problem is not VMware specific, we've reproduced the same problem on KVM.

    Add additional checking of net type in agent

    When we call method IPAddr.new("some non api string")
