Bug Description

First I set disks via GUI. Then I changed network preferencies via CLI.
And after provisioning disk configuration for ceph nodes shows the default settings (see the screenshot)
Maybe the reason is after bootstrap the GUI detect only 16 disks from 24.

I figured out that this bug is appears because ubuntu don't see all disks which bootstrap can see.

This problem do not affect 4.1, because new packages with fixes already in repository:

http://srv11-msk.msk.mirantis.net/fwm/4.1/ubuntu/pool/main/nailgun-agent_3.9.2-ubuntu13_all.deb
http://srv11-msk.msk.mirantis.net/fwm/4.1/ubuntu/pool/main/nailgun-mcagents_0.0.1-ubuntu20_all.deb

Problem was in custom 4.0 ISO for Gleb, because for CentOS we build package when build ISO and fixs was applied, but for Ubuntu i should replace package using custom personal package repo. That is why boostrap (CentOS) show all disks, but Ubuntu does not.
