After environment deployment, environment hasn't availability Zone 'nova'

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create environment with(GRE or VLAN, with murano, on ubuntu)
2. Send to deploy.

Actual result:
'nova' availability zone is not exist

Reroduced on my environment. Nova can not run any VMs without availability zone.

To fix this issue need to enable promisc mode on the network interfaces in virtual box scripts.

Can we close it then? Promisc mode is enabled in VBox scripts by default, and I believe there is a note about it in user documentation as well.

Actually, I can't understand how promisc mode affects existence of availability zone.
