CentOS + Neutron + VLAN + HA + LVM
Result: "Deployment has failed. Timeout of deployment is exceeded." when a primary controller (node-1) is trying to install.
Pacemaker restarts haproxy for a 5 or more minutes. See logs of node-1 and the first deployment attempt:
