[nailgun] Need to present notification for user if there are errors in bootstrap_admin_node.log

If there are errors in bootstrap_admin_node.log user can deploy environment. Need notification about error for user or ban feature of deployment.

Hm.. Looks weird and tricky.

1. If we have errors in 'bootstrap_admin_node.log' there' s a chance that Fuel isn't setuped and isn't available. What we have to do in this case? Just ignore it?

2. Some errors in 'bootstrap_admin_node.log' may appear when we don't have setuped containers (Fuel) at all, so it's impossible to spawn notification. What we have to do in this case? Prepare a special script which will be run when setup is completed and which checks logs for "ERROR" word?

It's a feature and we passed SCF for 9.0. Moving to 10.0.
