Bug Description

{"release": "4.0", "nailgun_sha": "40e659c9b27dd6644d08ff62cdf565b36cae76ed", "ostf_sha": "0c72c99fadf6408312bea0385e5a2042b0fcc751", "astute_sha": "df6ddea3abc93fbe1cab9b4534d4d5e9508c95d6", "fuellib_sha": "8d11fc2549dde80f1ae7dc4384d7ab73767687d1"}

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start KVM guest with 3 virtio network controllers and Fuel ISO
2. Press the <TAB> key on the very first installation screen which says "Welcome to Fuel Installer!" and update the kernel option "showmenu=no" to "showmenu=yes"
3. Wait until OS installation is complete and you see console-based Fuel Setup interface (like on this screenshot: http://docs.mirantis.com/fuel/fuel-3.2/_images/fuel-menu-interfaces.jpg)
4. For "eth0" interface change "Enabled on boot" option from "Yes" to "No"
5. Apply the change
6. Go to "eth1" interface setup
7. Change "Enabled on boot" option from "No" to "Yes" for "eth1", configure any IP/netmask/gateway for "eth1" and hit "Apply"

In result all the IP settings for "eth1" disappear. After that the same thing happens with any further IP modifications for any interface which breaks Fuel master node setup.

The following logs for fuel 4.0 attached:

/var/log/fuelmenu.log
/tmp/puppet.log
