Network verification fails. HA mode, VLAN manager

*steps*
- create environment. CentOS, HA mode, VLAN manager, Ceph for for images and volumes
- add nodes: 3 controller, 1 compute, 3 ceph
- turn off "Use VLAN tagging" for Public(floating), management networks
- configure node interfaces: storage, fixed -> eth0; public, floating -> eth1, management -> eht2
- deploy changes
- run network verification

*result*
network verification fails "Expected VLAN (not received)"

It seems there is some problems with mcollective!
mco ping works, but no new logs is appearing at nodes /var/log/mccolective

Can't reproduce on the 73rd. nor ubuntu nor centos. all works fine. any additional details?

what virtualization you use?
if you use kvm you sould use private netrowk or disable: net.bridge.bridge-nf-call-iptables=0
sysctl sysctl net.bridge.bridge-nf-call-iptables=0
or add this to sysctl.conf:
net.bridge.bridge-nf-call-ip6tables=0
net.bridge.bridge-nf-call-iptables=0
net.bridge.bridge-nf-call-arptables=0
