Bug Description
The plugin requires a credentials (base64) file to correctly deploy environments (as stated in documentation). However, when this file is missing, the current plugin implementation still makes the deployment possible.
It would be convenient to leverage the Fuel plugins framework to allow deployments ONLY when a credentials file has been provided.
