Bug Description
Accordingly to the new FPB logic we should comment or delete all lines from deprecated tasks.yaml pattern to avoid propagate_
Steps to reproduce:
1) Install fuel-plugin-builder
2) Create a new plugin `fpb --create new_plugin`
3) Check the tasks.yaml file inside the plugin dir
Actual result:
The file has legacy tasks.
Expected result:
The file has commented (#) tasks and deprecate warning.
