Bug Description

When deploy each controller and opendaylight node using Fuel 9.0 and ODL plugin, deployment has failed almost installation.

I tried many times.

Error messages :
Failed tasks: Task[openstack-haproxy-mysqld/2], Task[openstack-haproxy-murano/2], Task[openstack-haproxy-radosgw/2], Task[odl_configure/2] Stopping the deployment process

Any solution ?
