Add tasks v2.1 validation support to fuel-plugins

Now Fuel Plugin Builder is not aware about 2.1 tasks schema and 2.0 tasks schema details in Fuel 9.0.

    Now FPB tasks schema in sync with Fuel 9.0 with 2.1 support

    YAQL expressions added.
    Tasks 2.0 and 2.1 schema coverage improved.
