fuel-plugin-builder doesn't support regex for role

Detailed bug description:
 Trying to build a plugin with a task containing role; ['/.*/'] results in:
 File './deployment_tasks.yaml', '/.*/' does not match '^[0-9a-zA-Z_-]+$', value path '2 -> role'
Steps to reproduce:
 git clone https://github.com/openstack/fuel-plugin-detach-database/
 fpb --build fuel-plugin-detach-database
Expected results:
 Plugin is built
Actual result:
 Error rendering deployment_tasks.yaml

It will support regexp in v4, however, we need to bump version in plugin anyway

Reopening. https://review.openstack.org/#/c/316019/ still can't be built with the latest commit on fuel-plugins.
