Plugins built from 7.0 branch are able to be deployed for 8.0 cluster
Steps to reproduce:
Build&install mentioned plugins from stable/7.0 branch
Create 8.0 cluster then try to activate the plugin
Expected results:
Plugin is unavailable for liberty cluster
Actual result:
Plugin is available (and probably will fail the deploment)
