STR:
1. Install the Fuel Master node for 7.0 MOS.
2. Once the Fuel Master node is booted, install the plugin using standard commands.
3. Create an environment.
4. Enable and configure your plugin according to the plugin requirements
5. Finish environment configuration according to the plugin requirements.
6. Deploy your environment.
7. Once deployment is over, enter' Settings' tab of the Fuel Web UI, scroll down to 'Repositories' section and create a localmirror
8. Run the command below to update the repos on all nodes:
# fuel --env <ENV_ID> node --node-id <NODE_ID1>, <NODE_ID2>, <NODE_ID_N> --tasks upload_core_repos
9. Check the astute logs for plugins pre- and post-deployment tasks. In case if plugin tasks were re-executed, please check if services provided by plugin have been restarted
Expected result: services provided by plugins were not restarted
Actual result: Service "snmptt" was restarted

Testing confirmed this issue which from our perspective has a low impact/importance as the platform is still perfectly usable
