Zabbix v3.0 plugin should provide zabbix_get command

For easier debugging of the plugin/functionnalities, it would be good to provide the zabbix_get command (usually part of zabbix-get package).

As this can not be integrated in Zabbix Plugin 2.5.x which has already been submitted/validated, this will only be supported by Zabbix Plugin 3.0.0
