Bug Description
1. Install DVS plugin on MOS 7.0 environment.
Note: After plugin gets installed it updates Fuel and it will be possible to use *Neutron with VLAN segmentation* at 'Networking Setup' step while previously selected 'vCenter' on *Compute* configuration step.
2. Delete DVS plugin.
3. Go to Fuel Admin UI and start creating new env.
4. Select 'vCenter' on *Compute* configuration step.
5. Draw attention on available options on 'Networking Setup' step.
Actual Result: It's possible to select "Neutron with VLAN segmentation" option.
Expected Result: Only "Nova-network" should be available after plugin uninstallation for preselected vCenter.
