[midonet] Deployment with 3 NSDB nodes are failed

Description:
Error running RPC method granular_deploy: Failed to execute hook 'midonet-fuel-plugin-2.0.0' Puppet run failed.

Enviroment:
   OS: CentOS 6.5
   Compute: QEMU
   Networking Setup: Neutron with GRE segmentation
   Ceph storage: No
   Additional services: all by default

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install midonet plugin
2. Create new env
3. Enable midonet plugin
4. Deploy env with calico and following nodes:
     Controller
     Compute, cinder
     NSDB
     NSDB
     NSDB
     Midonet-GW

Observed behavior:
Deployment is failed.

Found the error:

Mon Aug 17 15:55:06 +0000 2015 Puppet (err): Execution of '/bin/rpm -i https://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack/openstack-icehouse/rdo-release-icehouse.rpm' returned 1: curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found
error: skipping https://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack/openstack-icehouse/rdo-release-icehouse.rpm - transfer failed

puppet module installs 'icehouse' repository by default on Centos 6.5. It worked because all the dependencies of neutron plugin were already satisfied, this repository is not available anymore and it complains that it does not exist.

I'll override to download the 'juno' one.
