Bug Description
Configs are in place:
root@node-1:~# tree /etc/snmp/
/etc/snmp/
├── snmpd.conf
├── snmptrapd.conf
├── snmptt.conf
├── snmptt.conf.d
│ └── emc.conf
└── snmptt.ini
But SNMPTT didn't restart properly:
root@node-1:~# tail -n 20 /var/log/
23:55:51 2015/07/30 SNMPTT v1.4 started
23:55:51 2015/07/30 Loading /etc/snmp/
23:55:51 2015/07/30 Finished loading 2 lines from /etc/snmp/
23:55:51 2015/07/30 Changing to UID: snmptt (122)
23:56:53 2015/07/30 SNMPTT v1.4 started
23:56:53 2015/07/30 There seems to be another SNMPTT process (pid 1423) running.
23:56:53 2015/07/30 You may want to kill it and delete the .pid file (/var/run/
