Bug Description

We noticed the uploaded images will be cleaned with re-deployment.
https://github.com/openstack/fuel-plugin-xenserver/blob/master/deployment_scripts/controller_post_deployment.sh#L7

We should restrict it to only delete those images we know won't work (e.g. qcow2 images).
So that the uploaded usable images won't be deleted with re-deployment.

This is fixed; we now remove TestVM only.
