Bug Description
Installing a cloud with the wrong XenServer password does not cause the installation to fail, however the plugin does not complete and the cloud is left in a permanent broken state despite the deploy being "successful".
A failure in the plugin needs to be escalated to be seen as a failure in the deployment.
