Bug Description

Fuel 9.0 mos-iso#452 + dvs plugin 3.0.0 build#599

Steps to reproduce:

   - Create env with vCenter and DVS plugin
   - Add following nodes:
         * Controller
         * CinderVMware
         * ComputeVMware
   - Set custom hostname for all nodes
   - Start deployment

Actual result:
 Deployment has failed. All nodes are finished. Failed tasks: Task[openstack-network-networks/1] Stopping the deployment process!
