In tests, when revert from a snapshot, there is no time synchronization - i cannot reliably compare logs from different nodes. It is necessary to enable synchronization of time and provide new logs, if a bug is played back.

On node-2(on this node neutron server is down) i can see:

This node should not initializer metadata proxy. It is necessary to explicitly disable the metadata proxy initialization for all nodes except the primary-controller.
