Bug Description
When non of back ends driver selected in Manila plugin settings and plugin is enabled,we can start deploy of environment.
Some additional validation can be added for plugin settings fields
NetApp transport type : Edit field can be replaced with drop down with two option http/https
NetApp server port numeric validation 1-65535 + validation for empty input.
setting NetApp volume aggregate + validation for empty input.
NetApp pattern for aggregation names + validation for empty input.
NetApp pattern for storage port names + validation for empty input.
Expected result : Error message due to invalid plugin setting should appears .
