contrail plugin 4.0.1: configuration missing or wrongly configured in a fuel provisioned cluster

After deploying a cluster with fuel contrail plugin 4.0.1 we have observed following configuration mismatch in the configuration files.

/etc/contrail/contrail-vrouter-agent.conf

headless_mode=true >>>> This should not be set

gateway=10.84.18.254 >>> this config is missing. It should be set

[FLOWS]
thread_count=2 >>> This config is missing. This should be set

/etc/neutron/neutron.conf

[quotas]
# quota_driver >>> This config is commented out.

It should be:
[quotas]
quota_driver = neutron_plugin_contrail.plugins.opencontrail.quota.driver.QuotaDriver
