Bug Description
Step for reproduce:
1. Create environment with default setting and fuel contrail plugun
2. Deploy it
Expected results: All step pass
Actual result: Deployment cannot be started due to invalid environment configuration. Please review and address the warnings below before proceeding and see the User Guide for more information on how to assign roles to nodes and add them to an OpenStack environment.
10.100.1.0/24 is invalid CIDR
