Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy a cluster with GCS plugin installed.
2. Using Horizon create a volume.
3. Using Horizon make a backup (NOTE: Do not fill in the container name field, in this case it should take the name of bucket from the plugin configurations.)
Actual result:
Backup will be created in the new bucket called 'volumebackups' instead of, as in my case, 'plugin-qa-bucket'
