CCP deploy cause docker engine to hang

During the scale test on 150+ nodes, we found out what after each CCP deploy, docker freeze on random nodes(about 5-8 out of 150)

Docker stop to response to any command and just hang infinitely in waiting for the answer from the API.

Strace shows what it hands on writing something to socket:
write(4, "GET /v1.24/containers/json HTTP/"..., 95) = 9

Restart of the docker helps.

Tested on: Docker 1.11.1, 1.12.0, 1.12.1

There is a lot of issues on docker github, which looks related to this problem.
