move setconfig.sh into SetupScript

Bug Description
* Can we scrap setconfig.sh and incorporate these parts into SetupScript?
- toaster name setting (setconfig does this in a screwy way, anyway,
that results in two toaster name lines in config.pl)
- udf entry removal (btw, surely we need udf entries for DVDs?)

Bits we don't need:
- Confirm locations (these are now hardcoded)
- hdparm (already in SetupScript)
- Log File (hardcoded)
- ~kiosk world-writable - GAH!
- basepath and isopath belonging to www-data - not necessary
