Bug Description
Twitter exposes mentions via the API[1]. We should add support for it to Friends so it can be used by the app.
I need this for the reply-all feature. Currently, that is done by manually extracting the nicknames with regular expression on the message. This is an ugly hack that should be fixed...

There is also a related problem. When somebody posts on a friends wall in facebook, it is displayed as a regular post by friends. Maybe this could be resolved together. Mentioning is more or less the same as posting on a wall.
