Bug Description
This is new test case.
branch: stable/ocata
steps:
[1] Create and start a backup or restore job at Controller.
[2] while the job is in progress, un-plug the network connectivity cable from the compute node. Now that compute node is isolated from internet and/or openstack network, check the status of job at controller node.
[3] since there is no network connectivity for compute node, the job must fail and status must be updated at the controller.
