Can't create session on freezer-web-ui

Bug Description
Enabled freezer-web-ui follow README.rst "Production Installation"
When I try to create a session:
Sessions > Create Session.
Then web page always show "Loading..."
I found following error on chrome console:
Request URL:http://
Request Method:GET
Status Code:404 Not Found
