Bug Description

when freezer backup openstack nova, it upload the chunk to swift default. It is ok.But more need to backup nova upload date to nfs or glusterfs. This bug shoud be fix to resolve it , backup nova to local.

backup_nova
          create_nova_snapshot
          download_image_to_container

restore_nova
         upload backup_file to glance
       create instance
