Bug Description

Environment: OpenStack Liberty
Freezer: stable/Liberty

When I try to create Admin action from

Actions > Create Action > Action: Admin > Remove Older Than: 3 > Save

I get following error:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (INTERNAL SERVER ERROR)

VM90 extensions::uncaught_exception_handler:8 Error in event handler for (unknown): TypeError: Cannot read property 'command' of undefined at chrome-extension://nbkekaeindpfpcoldfckljplboolgkfm/js/hooks/content.js
