In "Create Job" Start date and End date time is not user friendly interface to select perticular date

Bug Description
Hi,
while creating a job from Web-UI (Horizon), the Start and End date time is not user friendly to select it.
when we clicked on start date, scroll bar will appear to drag downwards to select particular date. but, while dragging the scroll bar the start date calendar will disappear.
Please try the issue from horizon on create job.
