Bug Description
Copying files from the local hard disk to the web-server is a mess. How to do it right needs to be discovered every time some files are uploaded.
* KDE's Fish kio-slave is confused by soft links and unfortunately does the wrong thing.

* The access statistics directory "usage" is in the web-site's directory too.

Therefore write a script that uploads the files.
